Mak’n Ends Meat is managed by Chef, Kaylon Sweets owner of Osteria Poggio. The truck is owned by Birch Rise Farm in Sanbornton, NH and Lakes Region Truck Services of Belmont, NH. Kaylon will use many of Birch Rise Farm fresh meats on the truck!
Sweets grew up in New Hampshire and studied under well known Chefs in Florence Italy and Kennebunkport, Maine before returning back home. He has a passion for feeding others and is best known for following traditional Italian cooking principles and utilizing the best products, as locally as possible.
